Wynnum is a mere 20 min run from the Airport over the gateway Bridge. With many Super Yachts coming into Rivergate Marina and The Boatyard , we are well located for Crew accommodation while visiting Brisbane if needing a crew house. This accommodation is terrific as the contract workers have their own room, bathroom and home comforts and best of all it works out to be cheap short term accommodation in Brisbane to keep the accountant happy.
Relocating to Brisbane?
Our relocating families are looking for a fully self -contained house in Brisbane while they decide on more permanent housing. Needing time to decide on the area, schools and which suburbs they enjoy. Sometimes their belongings are in transit or in storage while they stay with us. We can usually extend a booking till a suitable permanent rental comes available. We have had many families over the years buy in the area as they fall in love with the area.

We have been providing accommodation for families competing at the RQYS sailing events . Including Youth Week and competing at the Nationals. Some of the houses are walking distance to the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron.
With the Sleeman Sports Centre, fondly known as Chandler closeby, we have had many up and coming competing athletes stay with us. As well as the judges! Not only individuals but International teams who come to train in Brisbane.
